Abstract: | Due to the edaphoclimatic conditions of the Northeast region, cultivation from cultivars that are tolerant to water stress and that support the fluctuations in rainfall in the different micro-regions is ideal. In this work, we sought to evaluate the capacity of tolerance to water stress in accessions of peanuts submitted to different concentrations of biofertlizers in order to evaluate the role of gas exchange in relation to the production components. A completely randomized DIC design was used, with a 4 x 3 x 3 factorial arrangement, with 3 replications. The treatments consisted of four peanut genotypes, (BR-1; 55 437; UNI69 and UNI43), three water regimes (E0 = 0, E2 = 10 and E2 = 20 days of water stress) and fertilization via bovine biofertilizer (C0 = 0mL; C1 = 500mL; and C2 = 100mL). Physiological parameters of internal CO2 concentration (Ci), stomatal conductance (gs), and liquid photosynthetic rate (A) were measured and for the characteristics of production number of pods per plant (NVP), mass of pods per plant (MVP) and seed mass per plant (MSP). Plants submitted to E2 for 20 days had a 40% reduction in Ci, 20% in gas and 20% in A, when compared to the control treatment. UNI43 showed good responses to the period of 10 days in relation to the others and BR-1 to 20 days of stress. The application of 500 mL of biofertilizer proved to be the best concentration for all the characteristics analyzed. |
